Cleanings
How often do I need to get my teeth cleaned?
Regular teeth cleanings are foundational in the development of great oral health. A regular cleaning should take place four to six months depending on your gum tissue health. During your cleaning, a hygienist will complete a thorough examination and polish your pearly whites.
Toothaches
What causes toothaches?
When you have a toothache, we suggest you schedule an appointment with us as your tooth may be fractured, the nerve of your tooth may be infected, or you may be clenching and grinding. Sometimes, we find that toothaches are caused by debris lodged in between two of your teeth. In this case, a simple rinse should bring relief. Great News! We have solutions for all of these conditions.
Root Canal Therapy
Why might I need root canal therapy?
Every tooth in your mouth has between 1-4 root canals. Root canal therapy becomes necessary if we discover diseased tissue in your teeth. Contrary to what you may have heard about root canal treatment, most patients who undergo the procedure experience minor or no discomfort whatsoever.
Restorative Dentistry
Dental Implants
How do I know if I’m a good candidate for dental implants?
Dental implants aren’t a great fit for everyone. However, if you have proper bone density, a strong immune system, and are strict about maintaining your oral health, dental implants can provide a perfect solution for a missing tooth or teeth.
Crowns & Bridges
What are crowns & bridges? What’s the difference?
Bridges are an aesthetically pleasing, natural-looking solution that replaces one to two missing teeth. In comparison, a crown repairs critically damaged individual teeth. Together, crowns and bridges help restore the look and function of healthy adult teeth.
Bonding
Is bonding non-invasive?
Yes! If you have a phobia of dental procedures, bonding is a great restorative option to fill gaps, repair cracks, and brighten your smile. The treatment (which is as simple as applying a coat of enamel-like material to your tooth) takes just one office visit to complete.
